After diagnosing the problem, we will send you a detailed report and a quote for the necessary repairs.

3. Customer Decisions:

You decide whether to proceed with the repair based on the quote provided. If you choose to proceed, we will fix your laptop and send it back. If not, we will return your laptop without further charges.
